DealBook.lk is Sri Lanka’s emerging marketplace platform for corporate deals, connecting global investors including institutional investors, family offices, and strategic buyers with high-quality local businesses across all sectors.
Established as a joint venture between Frontier Capital Partners Ltd and Asia Global Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, DealBook aims to become the leading gateway for private market transactions in Sri Lanka.
We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected professional to join us as a DealBook Evangelist.
Role Overview
The DealBook Evangelist will serve as the public face and strategic ambassador of the platform — building credibility, expanding the investment ecosystem, and attracting high-quality deal flow and investor participation.
This is a senior, outward-facing role suited to a respected professional in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote DealBook.lk within Sri Lanka and internationally as the preferred private deal marketplace
- Build strategic relationships with investors, business owners, arrangers, and advisory firms
- Identify and introduce high-quality investment opportunities to the platform
- Support investor onboarding and mandate listings
- Represent DealBook at conferences, industry forums, and media engagements
- Contribute thought leadership on M&A, private equity, and capital markets trends
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in:
- Investment banking
- Private equity
- Corporate finance
- Capital markets advisory
- Strong network among investors, founders, and corporate leaders
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- High professional credibility and integrity
- Strong understanding of Sri Lanka’s private investment landscape

2. Investment Analysts – Entry Level
Responsibilities:
- Conduct industry research and market assessments
- Prepare financial models and valuation reports
- Support deal screening and investor presentations
- Maintain investor and deal databases
Requirements:
- Strong academic background in Finance or related discipline
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in M&A, private equity, and capital markets
