DealBook.lk is presented as a joint initiative between Frontier Capital Partners Ltd and AsiaCorp Global Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, combining Frontier’s investment advisory expertise with ACGS’s project delivery and commercial network to support the platform’s mission of connecting capital with high-quality private market opportunities.
Frontier Capital Partners Ltd was founded in 2010 and provides consultancy services to local and international companies. Its expertise includes investment strategies, financial and legal advisory across the investment cycle, mergers & acquisitions, divestments, corporate restructuring, due diligence, and other tailored advisory solutions. Frontier Capital is headed by Nishan Sumanadeera with over 25 years of experience in finance, law and investment banking.
AsiaCorp Global Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is focused on supplying advanced equipment and delivering transformative projects across sectors such as infrastructure, energy, agriculture, healthcare, and technology in Sri Lanka. It emphasizes innovation, quality, sustainable growth, and end-to-end project delivery from procurement through implementation. AsiaCorp is headed by Roshan Motha who was the former country director of Sri Lanka in charge of private finance advisory network (PFAN) supported by USAID and Delloitte.
